Emflux Motors from Bengaluru is coming up with two new electric motorcycles. The upcoming two-wheelers go by the name of Emflux Two and Emflux Two Plus. The first look of both these bikes has revealed as well.

We even have the info about top speed and range of these bikes. The Emflux Two has a top speed of 160km/h. With a single charge, it can cover up to 160km. It can hit 0-100km/h in 4.5 seconds. Its bigger cousin, the Emflux Two Plus is a bit ahead in terms of features. Emflux Motors claim the Two Plus can hit 180km/h on the speedo. It can cover a range of 200 kilometers. The Emflux Two will take 3.5 seconds to sprint from 0 to 100km/h.

You can see that the bikes follow a naked design. The base variant comes with the white finish and the higher model with black. Both of these machines have a sporty look. We guess the price point may be much lower than the hyped debut bike Emflux One. As per hearsays, Emflux One may cost up to 5 or 6 lakhs INR. The new Emflux Two series being naked bikes may cost lower.

The Emflux One may hit the markets by late 2019 or early-mid 2020. The fully-faired bike is the first sports bike in India in the electric segment.  It has a liquid-cooled phase AC induction motor with a peak torque of 84 Nm. The automaker will provide WARP charger to juice up the bike up to 80% in half an hour.

Emflux will face strong market competition from its Indian opponents like Revolt and SVM. Revolt is on the verge of launching its debut offering, the RV 400. SVM aka Srivaru Motors may also launch its first performance electric motorcycle Prana in 2019.

Our Thoughts

Currently, Emflux is the only EV maker with multiple products lined-up. So, we can say it leads the domain of electric motorcycles in India. Besides, a majority of the populace in India use two-wheelers. So, with a sporty design, good performance, and reasonably priced bikes, Emflux will lead the sustainable vehicle revolution in India in the coming days.
