Finally, after a series of postpones and tease, Revolt RV 400 official launch date has been revealed. India’s first-ever Artificial intelligence-powered bike will commercially launch on 28th August 2019. The confirmation comes from Revolt Motors CEO Rahul Sharma. Rahul mentions of the bike launch on his Twitter handle.

Also, the 1st ever unit of RV 400 has come out of the company’s Manesar production plant. The Revolt Motors CEO poses with the numero uno unit of the electric bike in the above tweet. The Revolt RV 400 official launch date went through a lot of changes in the last few weeks. There was a plan of July release which shifted to August 1st week. Now, finally, the date shifts to last week of August.

The RV 400 has a top speed of 85 Km/h. It can go up to a range of 156 kilometers in a single session of charging. A rider can start this sustainable bike using a smartphone app called MyRevolt. This app is now available on the Google Play Store.

There is no official info on the price of the RV 400. Hearsays tell that it will bear a price tag of 1,00,000 INR($1500 approx.) or above. Initially, the RV 400 will be available in Pune and Delhi. In the coming months, it will be available in NCR,  Bengaluru, Hyderabad. It will also sell in Nagpur, Ahmedabad, and Chennai. It will be exciting to see how Revolt RV 400 will butt heads with the IC-engine bikes. India has a majority of two-wheeler riders. So, RV 400 will definitely mark a thorough presence in the market.
