A majority of the populace in India rides two-wheelers. Let it be commuter, sports tourer or superbike, India has a plethora of riders in each category. Youngsters, in particular, are bike savvy. A major percentage of the Indian bike riders include young adults. So, of course, the motorcycle industry in India is one of the busiest domains.

However, the one concern that always remains is all these kind of bikes with their daily percentage of emission which is taking a heavy toll on the environment. Pollution and ecosystem decay are on the rise. These regular bikes run on engines which convert thermal energy into mechanical energy. In the process, they end up with emission which leads to air pollution.

Besides, petroleum is not cheap in India. Higher the cubic capacity of the engine, the less average it will give. This is another issue for the budget-conscious daily commuter. So, how exactly we can deal with it..? The answer is, of course, a mode of transport that doesn’t require petrol to run. No combustion hence no pollution.

India always loves to experiment and work on modern technology. Speaking of which Revolt Intellicorp has recently revealed its all-new electric bike the Revolt RV 400. It is a naked bike with a premium sporty look. It has a resemblance to that of the commuter Yamaha FZ. This environment-friendly bike is available in two colors: Red and Black.
