Ford is soon going to bring five variants of Ford Mustang Mach-E. It includes a standard version called Select, a Premium Strim, First Edition, California Route 1 and a GT Performance Edition that is targeting 0-60 miles per hour acceleration in the mid-three-second range and an estimated 342 kW and 830Nm of torque.
About Pricing
The most affordable version of Mach-E will be the “Select” trim with a rear-drive wheel that starts at $43,895 excluding the federal credit. However, Ford confirms that Select can’t come to the mainstream until early 2021. It will have a 75.7kWh battery pack with a target range of 230miles. In addition, the company claims Select trim can also have an all-wheel-drive but customers have to pay an extra amount of $2700.
The Limited First Edition will start at $59,900 and be available in extended range all-wheel drive. Moreover, it will have red-painted brake calipers, metallic peddle covers, contrasting seat stitching, and a scuff plate marked “First Edition”. The First Edition is targeting 0-60 in the mid-five second range with a 98kWh battery that can travel 270 miles on a single charge.
The First Edition and Premium trims will be the initial Mustang Mach-E vehicles available in fall 2020. The Premium version of Mach-E will start at $50,600. The GT Performance, which starts at $60,500 will be available in Spring 2021. It comes with a 98.8kWh battery pack with a targeted EPA estimate of 250 miles.
Ford EV Charging Station
The firm is geared up to supply all its variants with an EV charging station for home. Just plug in the charger to any 120V or 240V outlet. Ford also plans to supply faster-charging stations; however, the price hasn’t disclosed yet.
