BYD India has launched the all-electric BYD T3 Minivan and T3 MPV in the country. These are utility vehicles(UVs). They can accommodate passenger and cargo both. The EV duo comes with automatic transmission. The minivan and the MPV from BYD can exhibit an impressive range of 300km.

These UVs come with a lot of modern-day useful features. There is keyless entry, push-start, Bluetooth connectivity support, etc. Again there is the parking camera and sensors. Above is the image of the BYD T3 vans. You may see that the BYD T3 Minivan and T3 MPV are very spacious design-wise.

The BYD UVs also comes with important security features. There are ABS(Anti-lock Braking System), EBD (Electronic Brakeforce Distribution) and BOS(Brake Override System). The BYD EVs pack the regenerative braking system. Also, it offers the Controller Area Network.

Both the EVs come with standard AC chargers. However, AC charging will take a long time to juice up the vehicles. users can charge them through DC fast charging setup. Both the minivan and the MPV take around 90 minutes to charge up completely

Currently, the pricing of the BYD UVs is not available. The automaker says that price will depend upon a case-to-case basis. This means it will depend factors like region and usability etc.

BYD is one of the largest electric vehicle producers in the world. We can hope it launches more commuter centric vehicles in the future. India has a number of daily commuters. So, BYD can leverage this and rule the Indian EV market with its products.
