Description

Nissan Leaf is a popular highway capable hatchback that has been ruling the roads around the globe since 2011. Currently, it is available in the 62 kWh and 40 kWh options. The 24 kWh version we will discuss in this section has been discontinued. It began selling in Japan and later spanning into other continents such as Europe and the US.

Design

It offers a smooth and elegant design with a large rear spoiler, a lower hood, flat underbody, electric motor undercover, rear diffuser. The design is good enough to offer better airflow. This EV also packs comfortable heated front bucket seats and a 60/40 split folding heated rear seat and rear HVAC duct.

Charging

It has a charge port located in the front body for the 220V charger and portable trickle charge cable (110V). Users can recharge using a quick charger of 400 V. It will top up the charge to 80% in just half an hour.

Performance

The 24 kWh Nissan leaf can reach 100 Km/h in 11.5 seconds. It uses a front electric motor with an output of 80kW that provides 254 Nm of torque. It is ideal for daily commute purpose.

Price

The Nissan leaf 24 kWh has now been discontinued. However, if you want to go for a used Nissan Leaf 24 kWh, it will cost you $5,590.
