Hyundai has teased a concept electric car which it will unveil in the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show. This car goes by the name 『45』. It is a unique name for a car. It bears a great significance for Hyundai. 45 years ago, the first car model was manufactured by the Korean automaker. So, this electric car will symbolize the 45-year milestone.

You can see from the image the 『45』 follows a retro design. Hyundai explains about the car’s design in its press release. It says the car will exhibit modern touch on the design. Also, it will maintain Hyundai’s usual sporty looks. The automaker claims customers will emotionally relate to the design. The sportiness will represent innovation in the e-mobility.

We do agree that the design is quite sleek and sporty. The LED animation on the tail-light and bumper looks interesting. We can see the tires as well. This electric car may be a hatchback. The rear doesn’t seem to extend much beyond the tires.

This concept electric car will publicly unveil on 10th September 2019. It will be on display at the Frankfurt Motor Show, Hall 11. There is no information about its powertrain. Currently, it is unclear whether Hyundai will release a production version of this car. So, there is no info on its pricing.
