Indian transport solution provider Aaveg is planning to go all-electric. It is going to shift 5-10% of its ICEV fleet into electric. The company is looking to achieve this target by six months. In the upcoming five years, it will convert 50% of its fleet of vehicles into electric.

It aims to achieve a clean energy model without disrupting the current model. Aaveg is expecting support from both the government and the entrepreneurs. The firm is expecting the EV eco-system to grow significantly in the coming days.

In the next three years, the company is aiming to double its capacity. In fact, by 2024, it aims to achieve the goal of complete adoption of electric vehicles. The firm believes the corporate sector of india will completely switch to sustainable transport.

India is currently the hotbed for electric vehicle sales and manufacturing. The Indian government has cut down the GST on the electric vehicles. The tax rates have come down to 5% to 12%. Following which the EV makers have also cut down the price of their vehicles. Also, the government has the FAME Scheme for sustainable vehicles. This will enable the eligible automaker to get subsidy for the EVs they make. So, this will further promote EVs among the general people of India.

The whole country is gradually shifting towards a sustainable eco-system of transportation. We appreciate the plan of Aaveg and hope that it achieves its target in the due course of time.
