All-new Porsche Taycan is not limiting itself to creating hypes. It is creating records as well. The electric coupe set a new record on the Nurburgring racetrack. It covered the 20.6km track in a mere 7 minutes 42 seconds. Currently, the Taycan holds the fastest four-door, all-electric sports cars” record.

In the video, it’s a Porsche Taycan prototype. Lars Kern is driving it. Lars says that the Taycan is efficient enough to handle all the high-speed sections throughout the Nurburgring racetrack. The car’s acceleration was pretty neutral in the tighter sections.

The production version of the Taycan is all set to debut on 4th of September 2019. Recently, the coupe unveiled its sleek-looking interior. Also, this electric sports car will integrate Apple Music in its system.

Porsche Taycan can cover a range of 290km. It will pack two electric motors with power up to 600bhp. The base variant of Taycan may start from US$80,000. This sports car may release in two battery variants-80kWh and 96kWh. We can confirm all the specs and price once it unveils next week for the public.
