As of now, this update is only available for the tesla owners with early access. Elon says he doesn’t have a definite date for the stable version release of the software update. It depends upon the feedback of the software from the early access users. The highly advanced system should be thoroughly prepared so that post its stable rollout no issues should happen which could hamper the riding.
Depends on how release to owners with early access goes, but hopefully wide release by end of August

Smart Summon
Smart summon is an important step towards shifting tesla cars into full self-driving machines. The upcoming V10 software update for tesla brings this feature. Joe Mode
Tesla car software update V10 will also bring the feature Joe Mode. Let’s know what it is. When your Tesla is performing an auto lane correction, it generates warning sound. Now, those passengers who may travel with kids, may not find this suitable as the sound can wake up their sleeping kids.
When a Twitterati asked about this sound issue to Elon, he confirmed about the Joe Mode. The default volume for the auto lane correction sound is normal. However, with Joe Mode, the sounds of beeps and chimes will further reduce.
Hoping to get “Joe Mode” into V10. The default, of course, is normal volume, but selecting “Joe Mode” would lower the volume of strident beeps & chimes by half.

Tesla will make sure to keep its owner/driver/passengers entertained while they are on a journey. With the V10 update, games like Cuphead will be available for the users. Elon says that the customers will experience a seamless gaming experience with a support of 60 FPS.
Later at some point in time, Tesla will also include the emoji support. The emoji has literally become synonymous with expressing all kinds of possible emotions. The V10 software update will not include the feature though.
Basically, we can infer that with this the V10 software will extend the scope of Tesla to become a completely self-driving machine. There is a lot of focus to provide the Tesla cars with efficient automation.
