Tesla’s high-end all-electric SUV family will soon see the integration of the futuristic Tesla Model Y into the line-up. The electric vehicle maker has confirmed the release timeframe of Tesla Model Y. The first deliveries of the upcoming electric SUV will begin early 2020.

The automaker has already started working on the Model Y at its Fremont factory. It has already unveiled the Tesla Model Y back in march. Tesla has also been taking pre-orders for the new SUV. The EV maker believes that there is a great demand for SUVs. So, Model Y will have more commercial success as compared to its precursors like Model 3.

The Model Y will pack an improved wire architecture. As you can see from the above image, the price of the Tesla Model Y will start at $39,000 for the standard range. It will go all the way up to $60,000 for the performance model. The standard range will launch in Spring of 2021. However, rest of the models may drop in the 2020 fall.
