Description
The RAV4 EV is an all-electric cousin of the popular RAV4 SUV from Toyota. This EV was sold in California for two generations. Toyota worked together with Tesla Motors to develop the second generation RAV4 EV. In September 2012, the electric SUV was released in the United States.
Performance
The front wheel drive enabled RAV4 EV allows drivers to select from two different drive modes, Sport and Normal. This EV offers low gravity, comfortable riding experience, and simple handling. The RAV4 can hit 100 km/h in 7.0 seconds.
Design and Features
RAV4 EV packs LED low beam projector headlights with halogen projector high beams. It has five vertical LEDs which handle the daytime running lights, which can dim to parking lights. At the rear, it uses LED combination lights accented by a unique light smoke outer lens. The RAV4 also sports new exterior emblems on the front & rear.
Price
This EV has now been taken off from the market. However, if any enthusiast wants to get the Toyota RAV4, then the used vehicle will cost $11,888.
