The German automaker’s current Porsche’s lineup includes the 718 Boxster/Cayman, 911, Panamera, Macan, and Cayenne.
After a long stint in producing the IC engine based vehicles, it has also expertise in making hybrid and all-electric vehicles. In 2010, it came up with the Cayenne S Hybrid. in 2011, the German automaker also produced a prototype electric vehicle called the Boxter E. Later in 2014, it also released the Panamera S-E Hybrid.
In the year 2017, the German automotive installed its first 350 kW, 800V charging station. It is said that Porsche charging station is the fastest Ev charging station in the world for Porsche EVs. It can charge a Porsche Mission E up to 80% within 15 minutes.
Currently, the automaker is busy in developing taycan an all-electric car. this car may release in 2019/2020.
